This Yoga Nidra will guide you softly through the feeling of sensation in every part of your body, highlighting each of your senses. It is advised to do this practice laying on your back, with a blanket, an eye pillow, and in comfortable clothing, but none of this is required. Know that whatever you feel is enough.
